Now more than ever, during the housing crisis, having access to a range of housing options is so important to me and my family. This proposed project meets the needs of so many in the Calgary Metropolitan Area and I’d like to see it move forward.

This development will energize the Northeast of Calgary, Rocky View County and surrounding areas, providing communities with greater access to housing, dining, retail, and recreational facilities.

Along with private funding from the developer, the Province has already committed millions of taxpayer dollars to build $36M worth of infrastructure needed to make this community successful. When more options for housing is in such short supply, why delay approving this project of over 2,000 new homes?
